Company Webcast is entering the Educational market for Weblectures.

Recording, broadcasting and archiving lectures and other events with the RoyalCast Webcast platform.

Better grades, an increase of overall satisfaction in learning… these are just a few examples of the many advantages that Weblectures offer to students. But not just students profit from Weblectures, also teachers and learning institutes profit from offering Weblectures. Through the RoyalCast Webcastplatform owned by Company Webcast, a company based in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, learning institutes can easily record, broadcast and archive Weblectures. Since September of this college year Company Webcast has entered the Weblecture market. Also since early September we had a great success with Nyenrode University that is now using the RoyalCast Webcastplatform for its weblecture solution. Although the market for Weblectures has been dominated by a few ( foreign ) suppliers for quite some time now, Company Webcast believes that it can acquire a significant market share. ‘We offer a better webcast solution, for a better price without the need for IT support’, according to Lawerman. Company Webcast expects that most of the learning institutes in all segments will start with Weblectures in any way or form, small-sized or as a big bang in a large scale. ‘However, budgets are tight due to the large amount of savings that need to be realized in the Netherlands and in other countries, saving that also need to be realized in the area of learning institutes. A high quality, complete solution for Weblectures, that needs a smaller investment would be a very good choice looking at the fore-mentioned difficulties in the current economy.’

Nyenrode Business University has experimented with several suppliers of Weblectures.
