Over the course of the year, Akzo Nobel Decorative Paints USA organizes a variety of gatherings for its employees. Since not everyone can be physically present, Company Webcast was asked to Webcast these gatherings.
Result
For Akzo Nobel Decorative Paints, it was important to be able to webcast company events live to every desktop in the organization.
Field staff and other employees who are unable to attend must be able to watch the events in a secure and protected manner from their desktops, mobile devices or our company TVs. In order to ensure that live webcasts can be viewed on any device, special equipment was installed in Akzo Nobel Decorative Paints’ internal network. This equipment distributes the video signal so that all employees can watch the webcast at the same time, without creating capacity issues on the company network.
