RoyalCast Manager
After we have installed the RoyalCast Encoder, have connected it to your audiovisual equipment and you have followed a short training session, you will be able to get going immediately with the online RoyalCast Manager.
The Online RoyalCast Manager offers you the option of scheduling and producing Webcasts and viewing management information online.
Within a few seconds a Webcast will have been produced and you will be able to choose to enrich this with metadata, e.g. information on the speaker and the subject. You can also add PowerPoint slides, appendices, documents or links to a Webcast.
Once the Webcast has been produced, the only thing you have to do is start it and stop it. This can be done automatically or manually, straight from the online RoyalCast Manager. During or after the broadcast it is possible to consult detailed statistics about the Webcast and the viewers.
