After the RoyalCast has been installed within your organization and you have followed a short training session, you will be able to get going immediately with the online RoyalCast Manager. The RoyalCast Manager offers you the option of scheduling and producing Webcasts and viewing management information online.

Within a few seconds a Webcast will have been produced and you will be able to choose to enrich this with such things as information about the speaker and the topic. You can also add PowerPoint slides, appendices, documents or links to a Webcast.

Once the Webcast has been produced, the only thing you have to do is start it and stop it.
