To easily get acquainted with professional studio webinars, Company Webcast has organised a Studio Experience in our studio’s in Rotterdam, Amsterdam, The Hague and Brussels this summer. Webinars are becoming increasingly popular due to their enormous effectiveness. Organisations such as Heineken, DUO, DSM, CNV, AkzoNobel and PME organise many successful webinars every year. However, for many organisations, webinars are still a fairly new tool and there is sometimes a threshold to start using.
The studio experience has already taken place in all our studios! An experienced Company Webcast project manager has demonstrated how a professional webinar works, both before and behind the scenes (from presenting, to the role of the host, interactivity with participants, the webinar tools that you have available, etc.). In addition, we told everything about the latest webinar trends, benchmarks and best practices to organize a successful webinar.
Studio Experience
The following topics were discussed during the Studio Experience:
- Presenting a webinar (role of speaker vs. host)
- Organising a webinar
- Tools for guiding the interaction during the webinar
- Studio Experience: simulating a live webinar
- Trends, benchmarks & best practices from webinars
