Many companies organise a Capital Markets Day (CMD) event, often in the low season, to give financial stakeholders the opportunity to meet the management team, obtain more information about the company and gain a strategy update.
According to research conducted by Company Webcast, a Euronext Company, amongst companies listed on Euronext in Paris, Brussels, Dublin, Lisbon, and Amsterdam, Capital Markets Day (CMD) webcasts attract 411 online viewers on average, of which 52% view the webcast live and 48% view the webcast on demand. Of those 411 online viewers, an average of 47% are (potential) investors/analysts and 53% are employees.
