Ricoh uses webinars to raise its profile as a thought leader among its target group.
The working environment is constantly changing, and it adapts as we evolve. Who knows how the workplace will look in 2035. And how should organisations deal with these changes? Ricoh decided to fulfil its target group’s need for information and provide answers to questions like these aided by webinars.
Ricoh enlisted Company Webcast’s help to organise webinars. The intention was to hold a series of webinars in which Ricoh would explain the current trends and topics related to the so-called ‘high-performance workplace’. The webinars covered issues such as the opportunities of mobile printing, for instance, and how to ‘futureproof’ a working environment.
To record the series of webinars, Ricoh used the facilities in our RoyalCast webinar studio in Rotterdam.
Ricoh’s webinars were a success, both live and on demand. For example, Ricoh expanded the reach of its first live webinar by approximately 40% thanks to on-demand viewers! Furthermore, Ricoh managed to hold the attention of its viewers successfully: the average participant watched 93% of the 45-minute webinar.
