Challenge: efficiently providing trends and information
The legal landscape is constantly changing. As a legal expenses insurer, ARAG always wants to provide its customers and partners with the right information. ARAG, originally a German legal expenses insurer and is currently active in more than 20 countries, spread over Europe, North America and Australia. ARAG is looking for a way to provide its Belgian sales partners with the latest trends and information as efficiently as possible. And that’s where Company Webcast comes into the picture.

Because ARAG works with partners, it’s important that the communicated information always can be found. With webinars, ARAG can reach the largest possible audience and the content is always available afterwards. ARAG organizes two webinars per topic, one in Dutch and one in French. These are broadcast on the same day. Unique is that ARAG has immediately purchased a series of five webinars. Tally Salzman, Head of Sales Belgium: ‘We advise this to customers, to maintain and increase public engagement.’
During the webinars, the interactive solutions of Company Webcast will be used. For example, questions are used that the participants can answer. ‘We ask a question twice during the webinars. The brokers must answer these questions to obtain accreditation from the AFM/FSMA.’
Result: high customer satisfaction rate and effectiveness
The results of the webinars do not lie. Where ARAG took about 200 viewers into account, the actual amount of viewers had already more than doubled. And, the webinars were almost completely watched: the average viewing time is higher than 95%. The viewers were very satisfied with the webinars. This was shown by the customer satisfaction survey:
- An 8 as an average grade;
- 93% of viewers indicated that the content is very interesting;
- 82% of the viewers indicated that they would immediately put the content into practice.
The webinars were promoted by ARAG through various channels, such as Facebook, LinkedIn and a newsletter. ‘We see that the promotion via LinkedIn works best because our target group is located there,’ says ARAG.
According to ARAG, the webinars of Company Webcast were such a success that they have decided to purchase another series of five webinars for 2022. ‘For us, Company Webcast is the perfect partner.
