Hybrid event with stakeholders
Challenge: Connecting with the audience during COVID and engaging them in a manner similar to the association’s pre-pandemic physical events.
Due to the COVID-19 restrictions regarding face-to-face meetings, this CSR association wasn’t able to host its annual seminar physically. Pre-COVID, the CSR association’s seminars were accessible to all of its members and stakeholders.
Solution: Webcasts by Company Webcast
Representatives of the CSR association reacted positively towards the Company Webcast solution. The opportunity to disseminate important information to audience members at the same time as interacting and engaging with meeting participants was a key factor in the decision-making process.
The association opted for a hybrid event, with speakers present both on-site and virtually. A journalist hosted and moderated the conversation in a debate format, as well as fielding questions from online viewers via the live chat function of the Company Webcast platform.
