Challenge
The Municipal Council of Oss was seeking a solution to enable local council and committee meetings to be broadcast live as webcasts and made available on demand afterwards.
Solution
Company Webcast provided a webcast platform that was utilised to broadcast local council and committee meetings as webcasts.
Result
The local council and committee meetings can now be followed live via the internet and can also be watched afterwards thanks to the searchable archive. The Municipal Council of Oss makes use of the self-service solution and this is greatly appreciated by citizens, journalists and civil servants. One of the advantages of the self-service solution is that the Municipal Council of Oss is now capable of holding webcasts entirely independently.
