Ricoh uses webinars to raise its profile as a thought leader among its target group.

The working environment is constantly changing, and it adapts as we evolve. Who knows what the workplace will look in 2035? How should organisations deal with these changes? Ricoh decided to use webinars to satisfy their target group’s need for information and provide answers to questions like these.

Challenge

Ricoh enlisted Company Webcast’s help to organise webinars. The intention was to hold a series of webinars in which Ricoh would explain the current trends and topics related to the so-called ‘high-performance workplace’. The webinars covered issues such as the opportunities of mobile printing, and how to ‘future-proof’ a working environment.

Solution

To record the series of webinars, Ricoh used the facilities in our webinar studio in Rotterdam.

Result

Ricoh’s webinars were a success, both live and on-demand. For example, Ricoh managed to extend the reach of their first live webinar by approximately 40% thanks to on-demand viewers! Furthermore, Ricoh managed to hold the attention of their viewers successfully: the average participant watched 93% of the 45-minute webinar.
